Jamie, you need to get you one of those scopes. They are a little out of my price range.

Put everyone to work today building the new hog trap including the granddaughter. The RTV is a real workhorse. Hauling heavy loads of supplies, a barrel of water and 300lbs of redimix cement for the posts. Hauling all this through several deep and long mud holes where the 4 wheeler had some problems. Got all the posts set in concrete before the expected

Well we figured out have to get these guys to show up before dark. Just dump your fish heads out 3-4 hours earlier. These are our first daylight photos of the hogs.

No foggy pictures this time around but I did get a picture of this guy. We also trapped a female hog last night. Larry my son-in-law said it was about 125 lbs. Me & the grandson Tyler were gone bay fishing this morning in upper Galveston Bay with a fishing guide.

Been looking at traps, thinking about building one. Got lots of the 4"x4" panel wire left over from the goat raising days. Need to come up with a gate of some sort. Most around here have been traping them for years. I remember trapping them up in the front yard 20 years ago. Not going to get rid of them with 1000+ acres of Wildlife Refuge

Looks like this spot for the trail camera will work out ok for the week. The hogs showed up just after dark coming right up the trail and hung around for about an hour. I forgot to bring any corn with me when I moved the camera. I ended up with about 10 pics over an hours time with anywhere from 1 to 4 hogs rooting around. I tossed out about 5lbs of

Yea, it was the cheapest peanut butter they had. Donna asked if I needed creamy or chunky. I told her what ever was cheapest. Of course I had it all over my fingers by the time I got it on there. I was licking it off my fingers while Donna was saying to save some for the deer. I did move my camera once again futher back along their pig trail. Just for
